The first photo is an Upland Pipit to me. The last one is probably a Richard's Pipit. If you are in the field, I think the call is the best field mark. HF Cheung

Carman, HF_Cheung, Thanks for reply! We found them(4pcs) in the same area. They were stay in this area to food. We stay there for hours to take photos with them. I think they were in the same group. Their color pattern seems more like Richard's Pipit. Thanks! Thomas Chan.

Upland Pipits are farely abundant up in TMS, i have seen a group of 5-7 flying about. I love your first shot by the way!it is beautiful!!
