Bob... the photo is great.. you are addicted in digiscoping how much is your setting ?? I felt interested very much.. if I got Ricoh R4 DC..is it possible to connect with your spotting scope ?

Waterblowing, If you look at Neils photo's you will see that he is able to connect a variety of cameras Fuji, Olympus, Cannon to his scope. I don't know the Ricoh camera but I would guess that you can connect it but as to whether it is suitable is another thing. The main problem with digiscoping is vignetting (dark circle around picture), some camera when you zoom, the lens moves into the body of the camera making it difficult to use. Do a google search to see if anyone is using the Ricoh for digiscoping

Thanks Yi_Gou, the shot is uncropped and manual focus. Judging from the number of people that attended Neil's digiscoping lectures, I think this migratory season we will a lot of people digiscoping.
