why not get it @ 1/1250, f4 , or 1/600 f 5.6 to get more DOF ?

| Have been having a lot of trouble recently with focus/camera movement that I think might be caused by my ballhead & so have just been trying with more speed. Although am concerned about excessive camera/lens connection movement. Know it would have worked better with more DOF. Thanks yr comment. Another from today.......
