Why not an Eurasian Skylark since it has long bill?

Thanks Ptarmigan. I am really not so confident on the identification of this bird. I saw this bird together with a Eurasian Skylark, which looks bigger than this one. This bird, even when it was alert, did not raise any crest like the skylark. Maybe it is a female skylark foraging with its mate. However most bird book says sexes are alike. By the way, your link of the greater short-toed lark showed another beautiful fieldmark - long tertials covering all the primary.
