Black-thighed Falconet Microhierax fringillarius It is quite common at Frasers' Hill. We saw six Black-thighed Falconet perched at a dead tree. Comparing with Collared Falconet & Pied Falconet, its size is the smallest. Although it is a raptor, its appearance and behavious are very cute and lovely. Frasers' Hill, Malaysia 10/6/2005
