Black-faced Spoonbill at Mai Po

There were six BFS in pond 16/17 (Mai Po) this morning. Some other waders and terns were still around, including: Whimbrel, Curlew, Caspian Tern and Black-winged Stilt.

Hi KK, Yes, it is. There were some cases of young spoonbills over-summering in the past. Now, all these six BFS are young birds. Regards Tung
