Dear all; About 2 weeks ago my good friends, Chang-wan Kang and Eun-mi Kim, informed me that they found a color-ringed BFS at Hadori, Jeju Province, South Korea. Hadori is also an important wintering site, wich is located nearby Seonsanpo. Because of bad weather and distance, they cound't take a picture but recognized 'T17' on right leg and B-Y-R rings on left leg (2004/4/25). We think that the bird was recovered from botulism and banded in Taiwan ( 2003/2/18 ). I'm wondering that there is any information of the bird. Where did he/she spend last winter? Is there another resighting record? etc. P.S. Five BFSs are still wintering in Seongsanpo, Jeju. This is an image of wintering BFSs in Jeju, not of the color-ringed BFS. http://cyimg2.cyworld.nate.com/common/file_down.asp?redirect=%2Ff2401%2F 2004%2F5%2F10%2F9%2Fjjbfss%2Ejpg
