I am pleased to inform you the latest Newsletter of the Asian Waterbird Census (AWC) is now available online for downloading [url] http://www.wetlands.org/IWC/awc/awcmain.html[url].

This latest issue of the AWC newsletter (No.5) provides you an update of the AWC since November 2002 with a focus of the report for the AWC 2003. The AWC report and updates from Bangladesh, Mainland China, Hong Kong,
India, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam are presented in the newsletter, as well as the result of the 2003 International Black-faced Spoonbill. Other information included are news on meeting, publications and
waterbird related events.
