I receive a email alert me to a newspaper report (The People Daily 26 June 2006, page 13) of the ecological destruction in Poyang Lake.

The report said that there is a strong decline of fish havasted in recent years, and the dreading take the blame. The report correctly mentioned the importance of Poyang for the Siberian Crane.
