I saw two ringed BFSB on 11th Nov 2001 (Last year) in Mai Po.
The first one had green yellow red ring (?A25) while the other had green red ring (?A01) Hope this piece of information is useful.

Yes, I could see the first one carrying green, yellow and red. The other seem carry green, red and green and that would be the 'A23'.
