The Crested Bulbul Club participated in the Shenzhen Student Bird Race on last Sunday (19 Feb 2006).

The race is held in the Shenzhen Mangrove Park with many pedestrians around.  Government officials were present at the kick-off ceremony.  There clearly believe that the Avian Flu is not a threat to bird watching activitues like this.
