I tried at Causeway Bay twice, the 1st time the kites were very closed and founding food within 避風塘. But the 2nd time, all 在避風塘外獵魚. Any reason?? :-/

根據我一年來在銅鑼灣避風塘的觀察：

1.退潮時節，多在塘外覓食。

2.常態看鳥，夏季（熱季節）白天的活動：嬉戲，避暑，偶爾覓食。

3.銅鑼灣黑耳鳶大批在避風塘覓食的時間：上午5：30-8：30。

4.避風塘的衛生狀況持續惡化，船民與涼亭附近賭博的居民任意將垃圾丟入避風塘，一年來，未見任何食環署的官老爺落區巡察。

5.其他因素。

I noticed they will gather for dinner at around 16:00-18:00, right?

觀察了幾個星期，下午集體覓食時間都在17：00以後，不過都在避風塘外~~
