My "Monster" lens (80-200mm) is in for repairs, so Neil was kind enough to lend me a "Super Monster" (300mm) - which is all very well, but I'm having trouble working out the correct distances to take photos.........

Admit colour looks a little strange, but was in the early morning with very yellow light shining from the side, which is why the wing tips etc on the right are more brightly lit.
