A warm Greeting from Mainland China. Below is the China Birding News for Feb 2006.

An Upland Pipit was recorded at an altitude of 1000m in Longsheng, Guilin, Guangxi on 25 Feb[Cai Jiangfan];

A Long-billed Dowitcher was found at Futian, Shenzhen on 27 Feb[Dong Jiangtian];

A leg-flagged Saunders's Gull was recorded at laizhou Bay, Shandong on 28 Feb, it was banded at Shuangtaihe estuary, Liaoning[Zhang Xixian];

A Sandhill Crane was seen at Dongtan, Chongming island, Shanghai on 24 Feb, which considered to be the fifth record of China[Yuan Xiao];
