有關申請「進入米埔沼澤區許可證」的問題! Mai Po Permit

我想申請「進入米埔沼澤區許可證」，
參考過WWF既網頁後，
於是EMAIL去AFCD問下詳情啦！
佢地個回覆令我覺得個Permit好似都幾難申請到!
而且申請時要填報申請進入原因及日期!
所以想向各位前輩請教下，
大家填報原因時是否只填報觀鳥便可以架?
咁日期方面應該怎樣填寫呢?
通常個Permit有效期幾耐架?
而且想請問下成功機會率有幾多呢?
小女子我比較愚昧!
請問有無前輩可以解答我這些問題呢?

Dear Friends,
To help, you can apply for an AFCD Mai Po Entry Permit by writing to to them;
* enclosing a photocopy of your HKID card,
* attaching proof that you are a keen birdwatcher, such as a photocopy of your HKBWS memebrship card,
* and giving the date when you want to visit Mai Po, usually for the next 12-months if you are living in Hong Kong and want to visit Mai Po frequently.
To have access to the facilities inside Mai Po Nature Reserve, such as the birdwatching hides and boardwalks, you need to join as a member of WWF Hng Kong (see WWF's website for membership details, http://www.wwf.org.hk)
For the boardwalk, this is usually arranged by Ms. Silvia Yeung, one of the WWF staff at Mai Po. Her phone number is 2471-6306 and fax number is 2482-0369. You need to send (or fax) her a copy of your HKID card, HKBWS membership card, and WWF membership card. It takes the Border Police about 1-month to process so please apply for the permit well in advance of when you need it. There is a $100 handling fee for this permit but all the money goes toward the maintenance cost of the floating boardwalks and floating hides.

沒有這種申請表格的，你可以直接寫信給AFCD申請。

permit for maipo need to renew thru AFCD by yourself. the boardwalk permit from Police dept will auto renew for you by WWF, may call WWF and check if your permit ready or not.

"'I've just sent my application for renewing my Mai Po Marshes Entry Permit to Mr C L WONG <cl_wo ng@afc d.gov.hk>.
Details provided in the email :
1) Name
2) Mai Po Marshes Entry Permit Ref.No.
3) Images of membership cards of Hong Kong Bird Watching Society and World Wide Fund For Nature Hong Kong. (Not sure if both membership cards details are needed, we sent both)
4) Postal Address
5) Contact Tel. No. ""
