Dear all of members,

Please note that all membership affairs are handled by volunteers working on a part-time basis. Sorry that all of your applications are not handled as fast as you expected as we only have our spare time to process the applications.

And, a large number of membership receipt will be sent to members this weekend or early next week who submitted the membership renewal and new application forms for membership Year 2004.
