Regarding the outing in Long Vallery on 4th March, will the function carry on if it rains ? Because the weather report showed that there will be showers on Sat.

Normally, all outings will carry on unless Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted or a ¡§Red/Black¡¨ Rainstorm Warning is announced.
