Carmen, Nice works. It is always difficult to take photos at a moving boat There is a bit over-exposure at the high-key area. For white birds under bright sunshine, I usually under-expose 1.5 - 2EV and then re-adjust the exposure at the RAW convertor to prevent burning out the white feathers. In the field, you may check the exposure by reviewing the pictures at the D-SLR and look for the exposure histogram to adjust your exposure compensation.
