I'm truly impressed with all your shots posted in view of the fact you were manual focusing onboard of a rocking boat, Thomas! Congrats! KK Hui FRPS www.geocities.com/kkhui_001

KK, Hendrix, Bob, Thanks for your reply! It was good chance for me to practice taking photos in rockying boat. The condition was so hard for me to take better photos using 800mm. Thomas.

Amazing shots given the circumstances! It was an extremely challenging day to say the least! Thanks for kk's effort in organising such a wonderful trip, thoroughly enjoyed it despite my poor results! Btw, my first time seeing the Rosette and the Black-naped! Here are some of my stats for other members who may be interested: Total frames captured: >1000 Frames deleted on the spot: ~200 Frames deleted after first browse thru at home: ~500 Frames finally converted in raw converter: ~50 Frames I really liked: .....none!! Well, have to try harder next time! Perhaps I would do better if I have the 400/5.6 like the others... Just my excuse to buy another equipment!

| We all come to know that you fire your 1DII like a machine with amazing results too! Come on, Angus! You're being modest!!! Now I'm expecting the very bests from you ... on Aug 11th, 2006, 1:12pm, Anguslau wrote:Well, have to try harder next time! Perhaps I would do better if I have the 400/5.6 like the others... | I wished I could blame on my gears too but I had a 400/5.6 already then ... KK Hui FRPS www.geocities.com/kkhui_001
