181 Caspian Tern 紅咀巨鷗
MPNR pond 16/17 米埔 16/17塘
29/5/2003
All photos taken at MPNR pond 16/17 on 29-May-03 with D60 + EF300 + 1.4x converter. I am guessing the two smaller ones with black bills are immature birds of the same kind. Or are they different species ???

The two smaller ones are Gull-billed Tern 鷗咀噪鷗. :P

Thanks, Forrest! This was the first time I saw these birds. I just thought that they were a family of four as they stayed together all the time while I was watching. :P
