I believe these are : -

(Left) "Mongolian" Yellow-legged Gull (Adult) -    because it is bigger, with paler wings, PINK legs

And

(Right) Heuglin's Gull (Adult)         - because it is smaller, with darker wings and darker legs

BUT I'm happy to be corrected !

John,

Two out of two! Good comparison with the Yellow-legged/Mongolian showing off its bulkier body, longer legs, mostly unstreaked head and neck, and paler mantle. Note also its pale pink legs which rules out Vega which has darker pink legs. The adult on the far left is also Heuglin's because of its darker mantle, head/neck streaking and orange/yellow leg colour.
