It is interesting that this seems to be a very old HK flag. The flags are fitted above (white) and below (yellow)the 'knee'. This was done when HK flags were first used but has not been the practice for several years (7-8 years?). We now put both flags (white and yellow) above the knee. Not sure if it's my eyes or the monitor....
It appears to me the flags are yellow (above) and orange (below), which is SW Australia bird.
