I think this is a Japanese Sparrowhawk, first year female, from the thin mesial stripe, long pointed wings and narrow dark bands on the upper tail.
But it's very early and perhaps someone can confirm

Possible Chinese Sparrowhawk.  The orangy cere and leg colour point to this species.  Also, time is right.

I think I agree with Ho Fai. In addition, the underpart markings, rather than being plain brown, are rather reddish-brown, which I believe favours Chinese.
