Do you have any more photos of this bird?
It doesn't seem as large-headed and heavy-billed as is usual for Greater Sand Plover, and seems fairly small compared to the Redshank. I'm not sure to what extent this is due to posture but I think this may be an atrifrons-type Lesser Sand Plover.

I still think it is a Greater Sand Plover. Size is quite large and in the new pictures, legs don't seem too dark.
