Does this bird have a scientific name? Or it is just called "white dove" or something?

Feral Pigeon or Rock Dove. You can find the scientific name from the bird guide.

Thanks. But I still don't understand why some types of doves are also classified as rock dove. What do they have in common?
The book says "毛色變化多樣,但通常藍灰色和有兩條闊黑翼帶"
I can see two broad wing bands here in the picture below (december,2010 Lok Fu, Canon Powershot SX210 IS), but I cannot find any band in that white dove above. Can someone please explain?

我係住o係麗港城ge!一路都無發現有白鴿出現!我應該知道呢隻白鴿ge來源!應該係翠屏o個度來ge!我一直都有發現翠屏o個度有好多白鴿!應該飛飛下過o左來!
