Yes, immature BFS has black wing tip, also pinkish bill.

For information, there are still >150 BFS at Mai Po at the moment.

Sighted this morning 2012/3/24 @ about 0900 hours a folk of 22 Black-faced Spoonbill at Nam San Wai, none of them is flagged.
