I can't see Lesser Shortwing for this bird. The very short tail, round wings, long slender bill and, especially, the huge feet, all look like Pygmy Wren Babbler to me.
I haven't seen a juvenile PWB but I seem to remember some pictures show them as being plain dark grey-brown, like this bird.
