有扇形尾巴，身上是深褐色花紋，叫聲是沙啞的Cheeee～～Cheeee～～，中大型鳥類。地點：紅磡海濱南岸 時間：8月12日 是北鷹鵑嗎？

The description of the attached photo was misleading. It was neither taken in HK nor on the date stated. I think it was just taken from a post (dated 22.08.2020) of a newspaper website in China.

Thank you for the righteous and courageous acts of Paux.
Infringement of copyright should not be tolerated and I wonder if the HKBWS Forum would do something to uphold the reliability and credibility of the Forum.
