今天3.15pm在21号塘。
有個人連繼拍打車身，令21同20号塘的雀鳥飛起晒，

好讓他巳走入禁區的同伴拍得「滿天鸕鶿」照片。令人氣憤。

該車牌號碼巳交訪客中心。

小弟覺得這種行為不可取,為達警惕作用,
應該公佈車牌, 遊街示眾, 送到北大荒去勞改啦

Cars entering MPNR should have permits also, I suspect both the car and the men do not have permits. If that's the case, one can call the police.

Dear ctakming,

Thanks for reporting this incident. For your information, all vehicles using the FCA border road must have a special permit issued by the police, or be authorised by the police (e.g. contractors).

I will report the case to the police for follow-up.
