The juvenile type bird (first three pictures) looks like 'fluvescens' type Greater Spotted Eagle.  The overall structure fits GSE being noticably short-tailed (both in flight and perched); also the overall pluamge tones are too brown for a similarly plumaged Imperial.

imperial vs spotted eagle

Thomas,

my opinion is that the bird in flight is a juv. imperial eagle and the sitting bird is a 3. cy old imperial.

cheers
