Here comes the opportunity in 2004! HKBWS will organise the "Records 202 - Bird Watching Competition 2004" on 31 Jan (Sat) & 1 Feb (Sun) 2004.     You may wonder where comes the number "202"? This "202", in fact, represents the number of species we saw last year. As the event will take place in February, we hope we can see more birds in 24 hours and looking forward to break the record!   To encourage more birdwatchers to participate and expand the birdwatching network, we will invite some mainland birdwatchers to join this event and have fun with us. The event aims to   - arouse public interest on birdwatching - provide opportunities for participants to exchange bird watching skills and share experiences - build a closer relationship with mainland birdwatchers & widen their views on our birdwatching culture   All members are cordially invited to participate in this meaningful event.
