先講今日天氣非常熱(鳥屋氣溫可能超過35度),參加人數大約40人。而今日總共錄得64雀鳥(09:30~13:10,8月份有唔錯既記錄),值得觀看是有11號塘有1隻半蹼鷸和EC中心對出有1隻壽帶。



而今日的突發事件，當輝哥帶領隊伍由邊境路進入20b塘時，懷疑中暑/"飯氣攻心"突然短暫昏迷,跌入20b塘，感謝各位一起幫手把輝哥救回路邊，
當救起時輝哥已經清醒,雙手感覺麻痺,各位即場為輝哥進行急救，並致電救護車到場。





當送到醫院後,進行包紮傷口,院方建議輝哥留院觀察2日作詳細檢查...







最後在此我為輝哥感謝各位人仕拯救輝哥及協助幫手帶領餘下旅程(下半場領隊:暉仔), 祝輝哥早日康復!

輝哥終於也病倒了！在３７Ｃ的烈日下仍然到處奔波，為的是尋找雀鳥給我們欣賞，真是過意不去。
幸好有驚無險。

晚飯菜單--豉椒雞肉，一碗半白飯，蔬菜，沒有生果。 Todays menu: chicken with chili, rice, vegetables,no fruit.

嘩！食到口都Ｘ。 Wa! What is the taste?


附註:
輝哥的病床左邊窗外後方是南生圍,左前方是錦田.
他可以看到有幾多隻灰頭麥雞飛向錦田覓食.

PS:
On the left hand side outside the window, back is Nam Sang Wai, front is Kam Tin, So Fai Gor can count how many Grey-headed Lapwing flying towards Kam Tin for feeding.

Dear Mike,

Dr H F Cheung, our Chairman suffered from a heat stroke while he was leading a bird tour for HKBWS last Sunday.  He was admitted to the hospital immediately and was discharged this morning. Many members had been sending him best wishes at the forum.

Agree, that's very important ... Fai was lucky to have many people around while the accident happened, plus that some of them knew how to do 'first aid' ... the victim of another case happened a week earlier at an outlying island during a competition didn't have such luck. There's no one around to see how it happened. Those who found him later didn't know first-aid or had forgotten all about it because it's been learnt too long ago.
Perhaps in the future, the organiser may ask if any of the participants have valid first-aid cert ... etc. during enrollment or at the gathering site.

Hmm, how did you persuade the nurse to let you have a bed by the window with such a good view for bird-watching?   Glad to know that you've recovered.
