Inspired by Daniel & Neil for their trips to Alaska in 2002 & 2006, I spent 2 weeks there for trekking, camping, ice-climbing, flightseeing, cruisie and wildlife viewing, of course, including birdwatching. And because of that, bird photography was not very productive there. Nevertheless, we made full use of the long daytime (>16hrs) and enjoyed very much even though we had more rainy than sunny days there. Start the sharing with this "typical" bald eagle from Homer, where is famous for bald eagle watching during their migration period but we could only see a few in the summer time ...
