Please help ID.
Is it a Chiffchaff, taken at LV on 30th Dec.,13.

it is a Dusky Warbler

Thank you Jonathmartinez for the identification. The claws are black in color which is different to those of a dusky warbler appeared in the guidebook.

yes .. I agree, I wanted to reply but I wasn't very sure either, however the bill is certainly yellow and black which is different from the chiffchaff ..

The legs are pale in colour unlike the chiffchaff, the darkness on the feet may just be mud as dusky warblers often forage on the ground. The supercilium is also strong which also differs.  Additionally, dusky warblers are fairly distinctive in their behaviour with a consistent "chak" call as they forage, usually in scrubby vegetation.
