Black-Winged Kite

Recently have seen quite a few photos of the black-winged kite in several HK Facebook groups. Unfortunately in these forums, they didn't mention the location of the sighting as we did here.  Wonder if anyone can help?  Many thanks!!

I spotted one this morning perching on a wire on Tam Kon Chau Road.
