A Blue Whistling Thrush was present last friday morning at the Car park around 6:00 AM.(4th of november)
The bird was calling continuously for about 5 minutes.
It seems to have very few or no record for Mai Po. Probably a migrant bird that had stopped there.

Hi Katherine, thanks for the information, I'm so sad i did'nt know it when I heard the bird, Would have been an other sensation to know I was hearing a new Mai Po bird species:-)
There is a hight probability this bird was a migrant, this is my second time to get BW Thrush on totally unexpected places, the last time was at Dong Ting lake Hunan province in poplar plantation.

A Greenish Warbler was calling this morning at around 6:30 at the car park.
