Glad to see the world-wide number of BFS going up again.  Apparently, the increase was mainly contributed by Taiwan.  Any knowledge can be shared about:
1. whether Taiwan did the survey differently this year, like engaging more surveyors, surveying more sites,
2. increase in managed wetland areas since last year?
