It looks like it was probably ringed at Mai Po as they are Hong Kong rings.  Do you have any more shots of the rings showing numbers (after the AB) as this will help to identify the bird further?

These photos indicate that there may be some local movements between Mai Po and Long Valley for this species.  

Well done on great series of feeding shots, these birds are so acrobatic!
