絲光椋鳥標本 - 2010

if this occurs in Hong Kong, not sure why this guy can keep a skeleton of Red-billed Starling. It may need license of AFCD to do that. Also all parts of wild birds are protected by law.The original source of the skeletion is highly suspucious
