九龍公園, Kowloon Park, 2014

2014-Oct-30
Sometimes, staying in some area in Kowloon Park for a long time is a challenge of
your EQ and willpower strength because the sound from radio, portable movie player,
some amateur singer...etc. which is not a rare phenomenon is so close to you.
However, be patient and keep focus on the nature parts in the area, you may discover
something special:

Mugimaki Flycatcher, 鴝姬鶲

After watching this Mugimaki Flycatcher for about an hour,
two Orange-headed Thrushs suddenly flew to my side, what a pleasant surprise!

Two Orange-headed Thrushs, 兩隻橙頭地鶇

Overall, happy with today's findings:
Asian Brown Flycatcher 1
Mugimaki Flycatcher 1
Orange-headed Thrush 2 one blue and one grey, fighting
Yellow-browed Warbler 3 on the same trees

Good find!

How long did you stay in the park?  From morning to evening?
two hours, in the afternoon.
