Poyang Lake
When we saw this flock of Hooded Cranes flying to our direction, we noted that the colour of one of them was much paler than the others. Initially we suspected it might be a Sandhill Crane.
Later when we further examined our photos, we thought it was a juvenile Hooded Crane. Recently we brought this up with an experienced birder in China & were suggested it might be a hybrid of Hooded & Common Crane. After checking relevant photos on the net, I believe it was a hybrid indeed.
