Did you manage to get a photo from any other angle on this bird? At the moment there is not quite enough to identify the individual, but if you are able to see more numbers or letters or ring that may help. Of course, it may not always be possible to get more angles if the bird moves away, but it's always useful to see the whole number on a ringed bird.
