唔係話一句LV 係工地, 就大晒, 可以趕狗一樣趕人走

做咗咁耐工程,,,首先冇人知佢做乜

第二, LV 咁大, 係唔係完成個部份, 就即時放番出嚟, 唔係因為工地, 就趕九咁趕人走

同理, 未有工程, 就應該比人用

從來冇人解釋清楚

宜家唔知封到幾時

請記住, LV 係咁重要, 唔係政府/突然發現覺醒, 係因為觀鳥者咁多年努力, 累積紀錄所得

My points are ...

(1) The project proponent does not consider "bird watchers" are stakeholders / users in the beginning, so they do not provide any mitigation (like phasing of work site) in order to reduce the impact on bird watchers

(2) The transparency of whole nature park is extremely low. Most people know very little about it. We do not even know the aim of this park.

(3) We do not know the outcome... a genuine nature park ... or just a tourism/green desert park
