On the evidence of Po Toi, many Yellow-browed, Pallas's and Dusky Warblers and most wintering flycatchers have died during the cold spell whereas thrushes and chats seem to have survived quite well. Similar observations to Martin's.

I imagine the effect in central and southern China is much worse.
