Black-shouldered Kite : 14 August 2008

Two Black-shouldered Kite seen this morning (14th Aug) on Southern Mai Po. At lunchtime one of them was still around at gei wai #23. A couple of weeks back (23rd July) I was lucky enough to watch an individual spend about 30 minutes hunting along the grass edges and bunds in front of Hide #1 (gei wai #16/17). This was about 45 minutes before sunset.
