師姐, why don't you think about 100-400mm? This is a good lens.我也想過456/384/100-400三選一, 但100-400mm 像好些...

I tried these 3 lenses today , I will post the photos later.

P.S. I use 400D too

But the 456 doesn't have IS
Anyway , if you think IS is not important , 456 is better
