Hybrid of Wigeon?

The duck is different from other Wigeons, it has dark pattern behind the eyes. I refer to The BIRDS of HONG KONG and SOUTH CHINA, it is similar to the hybrid of Wigeon.

Is it the hybrid of Wigeon? Please help to identify.
