Bull-headed Shrike - a world tick, HK tick and of course a year tick #339 is 350 possible I don't think so but I will be trying

Yet again thanks to Peter for the call and refinding the bird

06.15-11.00

Hit Mai Po this am looking for the Water Rail ( I was away birding in China at the weekend) but no luck however did pull in a year tick. May try again tomorrow when tide is a bit lower

Went to have another look for the Water Rail but no sign however I was compensated by a Daurian Jackdaw at the tower end of pond 20. It was associating with the Crows and magpies as they congregated before flying off to roost. (#343)
