I only walked from the bottom (car park) to the first Picnic area (where there are those wooden figures for children) and cross the river where you go into the red from the blue. Then I just walk up to the second Picnic Area and turned back. This normally take about 1:30-2:00 hr if walking slowly and stopping for birds, and that day was really "birdy" so i stopped a lot along the way. This is a very good short walk with plenty of birds normally, especially at the bottom part of the walk when there are a few bird waves passing by.
