Tin Heng Estate Tin Shui Wai houses 5,800 flats with a population of around 20,000.  In the morning of January 7th, the householders of Tin Heng Estate marched alongside the pavement rushing for their regular day.  Beyond the mangrove two black-faced spoonbills explored the water hunting for their breakfast.
The black-faced spoonbill, listed as endangered species with an estimated number of only 2,600 odd in last year, would not be an everyday find.  It is about time to move to Tin Shui Wai.
